Mom says traveling with us pooches can be stressful. Not only does she have to worry about brining all her stuff, now she has to worry about bringing what we need too! Besides the obvious of leashes and poop bag, here are a few of the items she says she CANNOT travel without.
- K9 Sport Sack | This dog back pack is AWESOME! Yotie and Cypress have no problem getting in the pack or staying in it. They simply just get in and hang out. Take your dog hiking, biking or on any adventure. The K9 Sport Sack allows you to take your dog along without worrying about holding onto a leash. Not to mention, what is cuter than seeing a dog in a back pack?

- Blue Buffalo Training Bits | When traveling with your dog, it is ESSENTIAL to have small treats handy. There are going to be times your dog needs to closely obey you, and having a treat ready for them always helps. When we first starting traveling, I rewarded them frequently for behavior I wanted them to repeat. My dogs love these treat and they are very easy to travel with.
- Benebone | Just like us humans, there are going to be times when my dogs are waiting and bored when we travel. These are great, long-lasting bones that keep my dogs occupied for hours. Benebones are especially useful while waiting to board a plane, while on the plane, and when the plane gets delayed… let’s hope not.
- Grooming Wipes | Let’s face it. Traveling with dogs will probably be messy at some point. Whether it’s slobber, poop, pee, food remnants, or who knows what, at some point your dog will get these on themselves or others. These hypo allergenic wipes are always great to have on hand to help with any unforeseen messes.
- Collapsable Water Bowl | Collapsable water bowls offer you a water bowl to use on the go with easy storage. A simple item, but essential for easy travel.
- Water Proof Dog Food Bag | This dog food bag and collapsable food bowl combo is AWESOME. When I first started traveling with the pups, I just stored their food in plastic bags. It didn’t work well. The bags ripped. They ate the bags. The food got wet. This is a much better solution.
- Lint Roller | Let’s just say after getting a bad rating on Uber and being threatened to be charged $300 for cleaning our rental car, you should definitely travel with a lint roller. It’s just nice to clean up after your dog, especially if they are a heavy shedder.
